I needed a part for my vacuum cleaner and the staff were very helpful suggesting a cheaper compatible item. Saved money, got the vacuum cleaner working again same day, better than the Internet.

Really good service had everything I needed that other bigger stores did not have...found them very helpful over the phone ..Recommend trying this shop before going elsewhere..

thanks again for all the longstanding help over the years (decades!) - just proved yet again today that the big stores can't sort spares as well as this place can! Long may Newcastle cherish and support its independent trades :)
