Was passing by after hospital appointment, looks newly decorated so went in to have a look.Staff was very friendly and efficient, new decoration was better than before, store was kept very clean and tidy, quite a good selection of everyday fresh oriental products and dry goods, even have a small section at the back of store selling hot dim sum and snacks etcif hungry can even provide hot water for pot noodle for a small price

Staff are very welcoming and friendly (far more than any British owned shops Ive come across) they have a wide selection of food and ingredients that seem like very fair prices.The hot food counter at the back is amazing and serves some of the best authentic Asian street food/snacks Ive ever had.Great asset to Newcastle centre and I visit every time Im in the area.

I love this shop, it's so interesting. The range of foodstuffs is phenomenal and it's a real trip going through it, as it's full of things you don't see anywhere else. I buy pickled ginger there and coconut milk and bar for cooking. The staff are interesting and friendly. All in all it's a fascinating shop and a good experience.
